Manu National Park is one of the most biodiverse areas on the planet. It is located in the departments of Cusco (province of Paucartambo, district Kosñipata) and Madre de Dios (province of Manu and Manu Fitzcarrald districts), covering the entire Manu River basin. Located south of Peru, in the eastern sector of the Andes and western edge of the Amazon basin is the only park in Latin America that includes the full range of environments from tropical lowlands to the highlands frigid, above 4,000 m.

Overnight in Bambu Lodge with private bathroom and shower.
Early morning after a delicious breakfast we continue the trip with our bus to the town of Atalaya during the tour observe flora and fauna in Atalaya we board our motizado boat and sail on the Rio Alto Madre de Dios for approximately 30 minutes to hostel "Soga de Oro Lodge". In our hostel we make walks in a circuit of trails in search of animals such as monkeys, birds and peccaries.
After lunch we visit a small oxbow lake called "Machuwasi" exploraemos the Cocha rafts typical of the Amazon rainforest and the trails ( roads) around the oxbow; where we can observe the prehistoric bird called Shansho or Hoatzin, capybara and if we see no possibility alligator. The night will be spent at the lodge. Optional night walk (to see arachnids, insects, frogs, snakes, etc).
Hostel: Soga de Oro with private bathroom and shower.
After breakfast, explorarmos new trails in search of monkeys and birds and visit the giant ceiba tree known as during the exploration of the trails (paths) the guide explains about ethnobotany (medicinal plants). After lunch we can go fishing or take a dip in the river. Optional night walk (to see insects, frogs, snakes, etc.)
Overnight at Soga de Oro Lodge.
Does not include entrance to the Jardin Botanico.
